Use the drop down boxes to discover the design process behind the pieces, from sketches to testers.
Adding colour and pattern to precious metals may be difficult and time consuming, especially when using vitreous enamels, but when the colour and shape work together it brings a piece to life. The shapes used can come from cutting and collaging, printing in paint or tracing. Once extracted these patterns can be replicated in enamel. The patterns on tropical fish, lizards or microscopic creatures are used but magnified and distorted or repeated.
